
Created by Shari Sweet Audretch, a former road musician and film electrician. Shari knows all too well about meals on a film set, in recording studios and on the road. "People in this crazy business work 12 to 24 hours a day and eating healthfully is mandatory. I thought, isn't it just as easy to use fresh ingredients as it is to heat up something in a can or bag? Wouldn't it be easy to roll silverware in a napkin and put them on the tables as it is for us to put plastic forks in our back pockets?" So, with her love of fine dining and her desire to stay home in Nashville she began studying at Viking Culinary School. During this time she worked as a chef at a little cafe, putting her lessons and passions to the test. In April of 2005, she went full throttle and with confidence launched TheSupperClubNashville. "I know these people and I want to feed them."

With recipes from around the world and coast to coast, TheSupperClubNashville customizes all their menus to meet the client's needs. The staff is attentive and respectful and creates an atmosphere where you can relax... for a moment.
